Cut deploy time by 85% (from ~15–20 min to 2 min) by rebuilding the GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline and moving infrastructure to Cloud Run. Led the migration of a legacy PHP system to Node.js, and build products with React, Next.js, React Native and NestJS.
